Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and PingSerp (“PingSerp”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of the PingSerp mobile application and related services (the “Service”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

PingSerp lets you track the position of your keywords and domains in search-engine results, organize them into projects, and receive notifications when rankings change. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Your account

You sign in using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your device secure. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the Service. If you invite others to your workspace, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any information you provide about them.

3. Subscriptions and billing

PingSerp offers a free tier with limited capacity and paid subscriptions that unlock additional keywords, features, and workspace members.

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account.
• Paid plans are auto-renewable: your subscription renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device’s Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• Prices are shown in the app before you purchase and may vary by region. We may change prices for future billing periods; where required, we will give you notice.
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or by Apple’s applicable policies. Refund requests are handled by Apple.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:

• use the Service to violate any law or the terms of any search engine or third party;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• resell or redistribute the Service, or use it to build a competing product;
• submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to submit.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the keywords, domains, and other content you add. You grant us the limited right to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Accuracy of ranking data

Search rankings are inherently variable and depend on factors outside our control, including personalization, location, and changes made by search engines. We provide ranking data on a best-effort basis and do not warrant that it is complete, accurate, or continuously available. The Service is a measurement tool, not a guarantee of search performance.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by PingSerp and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right in our trademarks or the Service other than the limited right to use the app as intended.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PingSerp will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

10. Apple App Store terms

The Service is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under these Terms and Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). Where these Terms conflict with Apple’s standard EULA, the standard EULA governs for matters it covers. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the Service; however, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
