This Privacy Policy explains what information PingSerp (“PingSerp”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use the PingSerp mobile application and related services (the “Service”), how we use it, and the choices you have. PingSerp is a search-rank tracking tool: you add keywords and target domains, and we check their position in search results on a schedule.
The short version: we collect only what we need to run the app for you. We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
We collect the following categories of data, all of which are linked to your account:

We do not collect your precise or coarse device location, your contacts, your browsing history, health or financial data, or any usage/analytics or diagnostics telemetry. Search locations you assign to a keyword (for example “Austin, TX”) are text you type in, not your device’s location.
We use the data above only to operate and provide the Service (“App Functionality”). Specifically, to:
We do not use your data for advertising, marketing profiling, or product analytics, and we do not use it to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with data brokers. We share data only with the service providers that make the app work, and only as needed:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.
Your data is stored and processed on servers located in the European Union. If you use the Service from outside the EU, your data will be transferred to and processed there.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app, under Settings → Delete account, or by contacting us at the address below. When you delete your account, we purge your personal data from our systems; residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period before they are overwritten.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise most of these directly in the app, or by emailing us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
California residents: we do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA.
The Service is intended for professional and business use and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
We protect your data in transit with TLS encryption and restrict access to it on a need-to-know basis. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to safeguard your information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the revised policy.
